You are watching the construction of Cornell University\'s Technology campus on Roosevelt Island. This is a massive project that will include the construction of an entire campus. There will be three phases of construction and the estimated completion date is 2043. There will be over 2 million square feet of buildings and 2.5 acres of open space efficiently designed.
